AT&T Corporation has created a racial reeducation program that promotes the idea that “American racism is a uniquely white trait” and boosts left-wing causes such as “reparations,” “defund police,” and “trans activism.”
I have obtained a cache of internal documents about the company’s initiative, called Listen Understand Act, which is based on the core principles of critical race theory, including “intersectionality,” “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” and “white fragility.” CEO John Stankey launched the program last year and, subsequently, has told employees that private corporations such as AT&T have an “obligation to engage on this issue of racial injustice” and push for “systemic reforms in police departments across the country.”
According to a senior employee, who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, managers at AT&T are now assessed annually on diversity issues, with mandatory participation in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs, and race reeducation exercises. White employees, the source said, are tacitly expected to confess their complicity in “white privilege” and “systemic racism,” or they will be penalized in their performance reviews. As part of the overall initiative, employees are asked to sign a loyalty pledge to “keep pushing for change,” with suggested “intentions” such as “reading more about systemic racism” and “challenging others’ language that is hateful.” “If you don’t do it,” the senior employee says, “you’re [considered] a racist.” AT&T did not respond when asked for comment.

No they do not!
And here I thought AT&T was a telecommunications company. Mr Stankey thinks it is a philanthropic enterprise that should be a social activist entity.
When I saw Stankey I immediately thought of Eddie too.
America has committed suicide propping up minorities and shoving whitey to the curb.
Is it too early to start shooting yet?
CEO John Stankey, what have you done to project all that guilt onto white people?
It is the white peoples fault. We paid welfare and kept them all alive.
Sue them.
Eddie Stankey was a favorite of mine back in the day.
Stankey is former CEO of WarnerMedia. Stankey led AT&T’s acquisition of DirecTV and Time Warner in 2015 and 2018. Attended UCLA. Get the picture?
People it is time to exercise your enormous power, THE POWER OF THE PURSE!!
DUMP THESE BUSINESSES AND CORPORATE PRODUCTS TODAY
AT&T has been a "social activist entity" since it signed that consent degree with the Nixon DoJ back in the early 70s. Granted, AT&T is not the free world's biggest private employer as it was back then, but this is nothing new.
AT&T sucks. Let's go Brandon...
I DO understand that living among white people is difficult for many but not all POC.
Eliminating that which makes life worth living for white people is not the answer.
Schrodinger both attended and didn’t attend the conference
They didn’t know until the end when he checked out...or not
I know a lot of white people today would be asking, what exactly is my so-called white privilege, what do I have that other people do not have, where can I go that other people cannot go, what can I do etc etc.
The real answer is that white privilege exists mainly in the imaginations of certain non-white agitators and their white liberal encouragement squads.
Separating out race from individual relations is difficult. If my white daughter dates a black man (hypothetical for me) and I meet him and dislike him personally, then is that a racist response or a personal response? What natural law says that I must like every person of color that I might happen to meet? There is no law saying I must like every white person I meet, same thing applies, some I might like and some I might not like.
On a larger scale, similar decisions are made by boards of directors, voters, and national public opinion, and the process is organic, you cannot separate out racism and personal dynamics. It can work in reverse. Barack Obama is a very popular figure among white liberals, on a personal scale if they met him and had to deal with him personally, would he be so popular? I am guessing not.
I loathed every second of the man’s presidency and his subsequent public background career, but if let’s say another similar person with good personal qualities and a more conservative frame of mind came into the same sort of prominence, I would be quite happy to support their efforts. It has nothing to do with race at all really. Pelosi and Biden are as white as anyone could be and I loathe them too.
my goodness is that Venus of Willendorf
300 pounds? Are you looking through a reduction lens?
North Africa north 9f the Sahara is white run. Berbers and Arabs are classified as white
