House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy has defended Mike Pence after the former Vice President was booed and called a 'traitor' at a Faith & Freedom Coalition event in Orlando Friday.
McCarthy appeared on Fox News on Friday evening and defended Pence after he was heckled by the crowd at the 'Road to Majority'-themed event.
'It is great to be back with so many patriots. Dedicated to faith and freedom and the road to the majority,' Pence had said.
As he began thanking Ralph Reed, the head of the Faith & Freedom coalition, he was met with boos and people loudly shouting 'traitor!'
But speaking to Fox's Brian Kilmeade, McCarthy said: 'Mike Pence is not a traitor'.
Many supporters of former President Donald Trump have turned on Pence after he refused to overturn Joe Biden's election victory on January 6

Pence's letter on January 6, 2021 was written by his Chief of Staff Marc Short who was and is a Trump hater connected to the Trump-hating Koch Brothers.
All of these persons and many others are to be charged with Treason.
Many Americans are in denial we are in WWIII but more are becoming aware.
Major historical events can take years to fester. Americans tried staying out of WWII for nearly three years and then when it was declared, the top brass spent nearly two years debating, arguing, and engaging in infighting. The War Between the States showed a similar pattern.
WWIII is just getting started. Many don't want to allow the thought of that into their conversations. They attempt to extrapolate an abnormal event onto a normalcy track. For example, Republicans will take Congress in 2022, Trump will win in 2024. This is known as normalcy bias

They could have voted to certify a different slate of electors than the one certified by the crooked Secretary of State in PA … BUT THEY DIDN’T.
You do realize, of course, that the stupid letter you’ve cited carries no more weight than a letter from a handful of Democratic legislators in a state like Wyoming or West Virginia that Biden lost by 35+ points — don’t you?
I don’t care is one rep called for Pence to send it back related to inconsistencies, that’s exactly what he should have done. From what I know of you you live in this state and if you can tell us that Philadelphia didn’t steal this election, and further, that it is Pence’s constitution obligation to certify a stolen election, you and ppl like you are why we’re as a nation on our knees to the CCP. And yet we are obliged to take seriously the Constitutional language that dictates that the VP shall certify the results of the the tally of electoral college votes, right? Rendering the function merely ministerial.

It’s June of 2021. ONE state is conducting an election audit in ONE county. What the hell kind of a country do you want to live in, anyway? Are we supposed to just sit around and wait indefinitely until a bunch of useless morons get their heads out of their asses and figure out who won their states in an election that was held almost eight months ago?
I agree that the Democrats probably stole the election here in Pennsylvania. They did it using the stupid mail-in voting process that the Pennsylvania GOP handed them in 2019.
I don’t know what your politics are, but I’d stack my conservative credentials up against anyone else’s here on FR.

It's called being brave enough to do attempt to do something...anything...instead of being a chicken-shit, and doing nothing. If you get shot down, then fine, but at least attempt to save your country from the Commies. He went along to get along.

Hmm. Take a look at the 12th amendment and 3 USC Sec 5 and tell me where he’s given discretion. The election result was set in stone when the Republican legislatures declined to send alternate slates of electorall votes. Period
