My employer has a "self-certification" written by the lawyers. You check a box on the website, and under the box it says "I am giving this information voluntarily" and "This information is true to the best of my knowledge" The vaccination self-certification is required to come into the office if you are non-essential. If you are essential then no self-certification is needed. But you have to wear a mask if you don't self-certify (not enforced from what I can see).

Most of the other essential people are wearing masks outsside of their personal office. I don't. I suppose some of the mask wearing coukd be sympathy for the unvaccinated who are forced to wear them.

My work sent out a company-wide questionnaire asking if you had gotten the vaccine. Everyone had to respond. If you responded anything but "yes", you have to wear a mask. May as well just make people wear a star of David. In fact, that might do a better job warding off the bio-weapon.
