That is one of the reasons that I believe non-lethal weapons should not be in a gun configuration. Not sure of the configuration that would work best but a flashlight configuration has been recommended.

Two trips to the stop and go jail in the last 4 months, resulting in being out on bail and not showing up for court appearance so he knew he had a no bail bench warrant for his arrest.
Almost always the same story, someone who should have been behind bars decides to run using a vehicle surrounded by cops and it’s called ‘defenseless man’ or ‘unarmed man’ as they’re looting the Nike & cell phone stores. Probably would have lived if even after being shot they just threw up their hands. After all, according to the 9th circuit, if you’re shot you’re in custody, even if you flee the scene.
She f-ed up the entire stop. Dude had Daunte willingly submitting to HANDCUFFS when she stuck her little Karen claws in to do some weird search of him, causing the kid to pull away and get back in the car. Then she killed him. 1st degree Karenslaughter.
Of course, this presents an interesting dilemma for the SJW's. A black victim, and a female black police officer. We know a badge cancels out a male, black cop; and it cancels out a white, female cop. But a black female?

There’s really been a lot of awful screwups by female cops. That one in Dallas went home after her shift and went into the wrong apartment and killed the guy living there. That one almost got by, but thankfully she was convicted of murder. But of course, as a cop, only got 10 years, parole after 5.
This one she screams ‘did I shoot him?’ Oops. That might fly for cops, but the average joe would go away for at least 20 with no parole.
Cops might wanna consider closing the car door when the perp gets out. Eliminate one more impulse for the perp to control.
