Fox News has canceled “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” the program hosted by television’s staunchest supporter of Donald Trump and of his assertions of voter fraud in the 2020 election, The Times has learned.
Dobbs’ program, which airs twice nightly at 5 and 7 p.m. Eastern on the Fox Business Network, will have its final airing Friday, according to a Fox News representative who confirmed the cancellation. Starting next week, the program will be called “Fox Business Tonight,” with rotating substitute hosts Jackie DeAngelis and David Asman, who filled in for Dobbs on Friday.

Wrong, they were not allowed to present evidence. The courts claimed no standing and didn’t give opportunity to Trump to prove the cheating. Any fair minded observer could see the cheating was obvious. I have real doubts about who you claim to be.

And, yes, several were dismissed due to lack of standing.
But multiple cases were dismissed because the evidence was garbage, and the dismissal was upheld on appeal. Below is one appellate court opinion, reviewing and sustaining the trial court’s finding.

Also, just so you know, while Giuliani was standing in front of every camera he could find, and was lying about fraud, in court pleadings, where lying has consequences, he repeatedly asserted “we are not alleging fraud.” He was just trying to toss votes on technicalities.
