The National Guard Bureau is working on a plan to call for thousands of volunteers from the 25,600 Guard members in Washington, D.C., to remain on duty in the city until as late as mid-March.

The states that manage their national guard can certainly pull them out, if they want. Like Texas did.
Biden couldn’t have drawn a crowd of maybe 100 people without the National Guard... They were filler along with all the flags and lights. Way to go, Joe! Take your next meetings to the drive in, like your campaign.
