Curious. It is not the DC police and apparently not the ‘president’ requesting it. Wonder why federal law enforcement and USSS think they need help?
Are these federalized? Only the President can call out the D.C. guard, so they are always under federal control. All of the others are under their state’s governors, unless federalized.
