Outgoing Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Friday circulated to colleagues a memo outlining the procedure for holding another trial for President Trump if the House impeaches him for a second time in just over a year.
The document, which was first reported by The Washington Post, lays out how the Senate would proceed if the House approves articles of impeachment and transmits them to the upper chamber before or by Jan. 19, when senators are scheduled to resume regular business after the January recess.

They can delay hearing after hearing on substantive crimes (Bidens for example) with hard evidence, but for a senseless impeachment there is no delay.
Yes it is possible. You can impeach a President after he leaves office. They are doing this to keep him from running again.

Kangaroo Court impeachment.
If you read the article, he’s basically saying impeachment is impossible since they can’t do anything till Biden is in office, which would be meaningless.
You have to read past the headline, especially in today’s lib press.

I read this as McConnel putting forth the process/procedure, if it were to occur. Nowhere does it say how he would vote on it.
Not sure but I heard she doubled the ice cream deliveries. Shows she is under stress.
