Biden has 306 EC votes but if 37 of his Electors are rescinded, then he does not have a 270 majority and the 12th Amendment throws it into the House of Representatives by state delegations in which case Trump wins.

First off, thank you for your detailed responses and well thought out posts. If the above were to happen, do you think all 30 of the Republican delegations would vote for Trump? Are they compelled to? We have control of both houses in MI, but I don’t trust them or our leadership. I’m speaking as an active precinct delegate and a member of our county executive committee.

I don’t recall when or where but the Roberts story concerning Scalia’s removal just before the date Scalia’s death story has been nosed about before just never fully developed. Just many of the poopy toilet swirl of rumors and hair raising stories that the well connected seem privy to and we lowly fools are not!
Again the adoption story and the Roberts/Epstein associations are being teased out to make Roberts uncomfortable...even if he comes out in an angry denial we still learn something. If he never says nothing and doesn’t threaten a lawsuit and we know that any normal people would do so, then Mr. Wood is right on target! If Roberts releases legitimate adoption papers then that story goes away.
Generally in DC,things never get resolved though because both major sides in DC seem to have the goods on the other. It’s like it’s a sort of Mutually Assured Destruction situation that I believe the various intelligence agencies and secret groups use to keep all the biggy politicians in line while always looking to see if they can snare the more honest ones in some sort of trap or other.
10 million patriots in DC refusing to leave and doing BLM style occupations of the CIA and FBI buildings...can’t happen for a while as we are not prepared for it...but that is what is needed. By the way a CFR protest at some of their offices wouldn’t hurt as well as where ever the Senior Executive Service office is located. A protest at the Masonic Temples in Alexandria and DC wouldn’t hurt as well. Those guys have been getting away with a lot of crap and it’s time to expose them. Time to start knocking on doors and shining lights into dark places...the whole of the Central Potomac Swamp needs a good shaking out!

Wood is saying it is true and that there is a recording. I’m not well connected but he seems to be and he is withholding this incredibly important evidence from me (and you.)
If Pence throws out all votes of the contested states,
then Trump will get 232 and byedone 227, and Trump wins, because the votes of those states do not count and no one has to get to 270!

To be clear, should no candidate receive 270 or more Electoral votes, the US Representatives in Congress from Michigan will have one and only one vote for President under the 12th Amendment.
My check of Michigan party breakdown in Congress reveals their delegation has a total of 14 members, with 7 Democrats, 5 Republicans, 1 Libertarian, and 1 Independent. It certainly seems the Michigan congressional delegation would not bring a 12th Amendment vote for President Trump.
As to the Michigan state legislature, they have full unbounded plenary power under Article II of the US Constitution to certify, rescind, decertify their Electors. It’s possible therefore, they can help activate the 12th Amendment process even as their delegation of US Representatives in Congress end up not voting for President Trump’s reelection.
It takes 26 of 50 state delegations in the US House of Representatives to reelect the President.
Hey fine with me...let’s hear the recording and let’s see the evidence of a fraudulent adoption...those should be easy for Roberts to dispute if not true. There have been rumors that he is dirty for years...if he isn’t, then Roberts must be tired of it.
If Roberts threatens to sue two things happen one is discovery and two, Roberts must recuse himself from any court cases that Lyn Wood is even tangentially connected to involving this election. Which is what Wood may be angling for!

The only entities that matter at the moment are state legislatures in the battleground states where large scale fraud is evident and under investigation.

Local television news networks in GA are reporting the results of Jovan. Right now he’s working intensely with his team in GA to investigate under authority of the GA state senate. His results, together with the rage of GA voters, are expected to pressure the GA state legislature to rescind their Electors and possibly flip them to President Trump.
If GA changes the status of their present state of Electors, it will be international news. Other states AZ, WI, PA are expected to follow. MI and NV are questionable but are unnecessary if any three of AZ, GA, WI, PA move to rescind/decertify Electors.
AZ may move before all others.
I’m simple so I like simple answers. If you could get rid of Roberts today (or 6 months ago,) why would you hesitate? What is the strategic advantage of prolonging the drama?
It has to do with who runs the State’s legislature . The numbers in congress don’t matter in this type of count. The legislature will communicate its vote to their congress people and they would vote the way the legislature wants voted...as a state.
House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President. But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote
Who would be doing the “get rid of”? And how and to what extreme? A forced resignation? A sudden demise?
There are power players everywhere in DC it seems and blackmailers and enforcers. Lyn Wood is gambling in my own ‘simple’ reckoning and he is risking his own reputation in doing so. He’d better have the evidence ready and some sort of back up if the deep swamp comes gunning for him!
Somebody is playing very hard in DC and it has caused even friendly to Trump law firms to back-off in representing Trump. With the upper crusts hardening their positions and starting to give no quarter it will filter down to the rest of us....and that is how the civil wars start. No..that EO is about election interference and foreign interference.
You must be thinking of the EO # ? that Pres Trump signed upon assuming office back in 2017. I wish I knew the number but it escapes me. It seems it was the very first he signed and had to deal with human trafficking, seizure of assets, etc
