Joe Biden even if he is to participate in an inaugural ceremony is not President.
He has no right to represent the United States.
In doing so he is acting illegally.
It ain’t over ‘til it’s over. These past weeks were basically Trump and Friends attempting to get the courts to recognize the corruptly conducted recent election, and recommend steps to redress it. They failed. The Nation is apparently too far gone. As to Trump’s NEXT move, I have no idea. But I do know that his ultimate weapon or tool is the Anti-Insurrection Act, which gives him carte blanche to start arresting people. Does he declare Martial Law? We’ll see. But it’s a lead pipe cinch he can’t let this corrupt election stand. He swore an oath to protect the Constitution. He MUST defend it at all costs.
Because they are all chickenshits....
SCOTUS was neverf going to stick their necks out when Trump’s own party hasn’t supported him post election. All of our institutions are corrupt at their cores and unreformable. It’s that simple.

Constitution says the states must obey election laws made by their legislators. The 4 states followed election rules not made by their legislators. They operated their elections in an illegal fashion. They violated the Constitution. How does Texas not have standing as a supposed equal state that followed the Constitution
