Fox news:

155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

What amazes me are the ones that rant constantly about corruption, deep state shenanigans, etc. yet want Trump to run again in 2024. If 2016 really was a fluke due to the bad guys being caught off guard and not rigging things enough, then why in the world would he be able to prevail in 2024? If is that rigged, it cannot be fixed. It has to be destroyed and replaced.

...both parties abrogated it on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when they swore in an ineligible usurper who corrupted our entire government.

True, and no one was charged. Once such a Constitutional mandate is abrogated, everything else is flawed.

Not really. It’s a standing issue - and, in the long run, you don’t want a state to have it here. Standing was abused by liberal judges at the beginning of Trump’s term to throw out travel bans, etc.

Not not really. It’s a coup issue. Judges see the GOP undermining POTUS post election and get the message: Everybody in the political class want Trump gone and the swamp back in business.

Aren’t there federal laws involved in those states actions?

Yes but what they're saying is that what happens in Pennsylvania does not impact Texas voters. Texas claimed it did and the court obviously didn't agree.

“Not surprising, none of the courts so far have wanted to get involved.”

Because they are all chickenshits....

Not just worthless, they just ended themselves. They deserve to have the court packed.

So only Alito and Thomas voted to even hear oral arguments. ABC World News Tonight with David Muir reported on this ruling. The only “good” news today is Lin Wood’s appeal is now in the docket of the U.S. Supreme Court. Are there any other lawsuits likely to reach the U.S. Supreme Court by December 14, 2020?

Trump didnt lose today or on Nov 3. He lost re-election in 2017.

When the GOP hijacked Trump’s MAGA agenda and substituted Paul Ryans’s corporate tax cut agenda - that’s when Trump lost re-election. It happened 3.5 years ago.

Instead of giving his blue collar voters in MI, Wisconsin and Penns the infrastructure programs that Trump promised, Paul Ryan gave them corporate tax cuts - in other words Paul Ryan gave them the old Republican agenda that lost those states when Bush, McCain and Romney were peddling it.

The Legislative Branch has failed the Constitution.

The Judicial Branch has failed the Constitution.

It’s down to the Executive Branch.

Only Alito/Thomas would have heard the case.

Even that’s not clear. They wouldn’t have stopped the Electoral College.

Well. That’s what all of the legal experts had said would happen. This should not be a surprise.
