Fox news:

155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

Throwing the election is not in Texas’s interest? Really?!

Of all people, Reuters wrote a really interesting article about this.....
“If President Trump comes out and says: ‘Guys, I have irrefutable proof of fraud, the courts won’t listen, and I’m now calling on Americans to take up arms,’ we would go,” said Fryar”

Trump/ the Executive Branch was directly harmed by the Constitutional lawbreaking. Wouldn’t he have standing?

I don’t understand this. Could somebody put it in plain English? Nowhere on the internet is it saying the supreme court won’t hear the Texas case. Is this something else? I know they wanted to file on Hunter Biden. What is going on?

Thomas and Alito would have heard.

Re-read the order. They would have permitted Texas to file the Complaint, but would "not grant other relief."

Novel legal theories have a nasty way of coming back to bite you in the end (no pun intended).

Coup issues will have to wait until the 2022 elections.

But the other state wasn’t just “conducting its business.” It was breaking the law.

"Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett are cowards."

I just assumed that ACB would be a coward. I wasn't sure until now who the others would be.

Well, it couldn’t be clearer now. If no state has standing to demand that another state refrain from committing massive fraud in a national election, then the only way for the honest state to protect its citizens’ rights to determine who will represent them is to dissolve all bonds with the fraud-tolerating state. Given this ridiculous decision, how else can any state protect its citizens electoral rights? All it will take now for the corrupt to deny the good their choice of president is to target a small number of swing states with massive fraud, and if those states choose to turn a blind eye then every other state is helpless to rectify it.

So we must ask one question: Why do we even have a court system, much less a Supreme Court? If they’re totally powerless to ever intervene on the side of true justice, then we might as well abolish them.

Time to arm up, and time for the righteous states to begin secession planning.

So much for appointing constitutional judges to the bench. I doubt Trump supporters will come out for those GA senators after this. The country will s already screwed, I don’t have a problem with them screwing the GOP

Well from not on my official position is that Kavanaugh definitely raped all those women. If he’s going to embrace the left after they said that then I guess he did it after all.

Technically no. It goes to US Congress. Another failed institution.”

What causes it to go to the Congress, some states sending two sets of electors?

Let’s hear what President Trump has to say we should do. There is no way we can have a Biden presidency.
