Technically no. It goes to US Congress. Another failed institution.”

What causes it to go to the Congress, some states sending two sets of electors?

Congress can, at the motion of 1 Rep + 1 Senator, object to any state’s electors. Majority vote to accept or reject the objection. If there are two slates, legislator slate is the one US Congress handles. But even then US Congress can reject the slate.

Congress is majority globalist, selling out the US. Outcome is kid’s play to predict. Has nothing to do with party, both parties are full on globalist.
