Generally, SCOTUS hears appeals from Circuit Courts of Appeal. And Circuit Courts of Appeal hear appears from District Courts.
To take a case right to SCOTUS, (and bypass District Courts and Circuit Courts) you have to invoke its original jurisdiction. But there are very, very few lawsuits where SCOTUS has original jurisdiction.
In disputes between states, SCOTUS has original jurisdiction.
It sounds like Roberts didn't understand the filing. It's not about how a State conducts its election its about how a State violates its own laws regarding elections.

Given that, it doesn't really matter that SCOTUS refused to hear the case since Alito and Thomas agree that they would grant no relief even if the case were heard. I was afraid that might be the court's decision if they had.
Absolutely! People are saying 2022, 2024. but if the Democrats are allowed to steal the 2020 election, the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America is gone. Both Biden and Harris have promised to come after your guns. And if the Democrats can steal the 2020 election, they can steal the 2022 and 2024 election.

They've seeded our government at all levels. More then just a problem.
After decades of having "America Last" globalist in power who've made American citizenship all but pointless, flooded our country with tens of millions of illegals and foreign nationals, it's way more than just a problem.
My point being our government at all levels has been completed infiltrated by Communist and Communist sympathizers.
