Why am I reminded of Austin Dem DA Ro nnie Earl’s prosecution of Republican House Majority leader Tom DeLay? It took Earl three grand juries to get the charges he wanted, he go his conviction, but it was thrown out on appeal.
This smells big of a deep state political prosecution.

The investigation started after top Paxton aides alleged to the FBI in early October they believe Paxton may be committing crimes that include abuse of office and bribery in his dealings with AustinThe fbi, those 99.9% honest, hard working, boy scouts have time to investigate the Texas AG that brings a lawsuit against election fraud, but no time to investigate actual election fraud.
God and the SCOTUS willing, in Trump's second term, he needs to close the fbi, cia and cut the state department by 60% on January 20, 2021 before 3:00 PM.
It would be a good start.
