I’ve said it from the beginning. Roberts will not allow the court to get involved in this. He’s a company man and wants to protect SCOTUS at any cost.

I’m not sure how this stuff works, but is it possible that they see the Texas case coming and see value in that and don’t want to be distracted by a less significant PA case?

I’ve said it from the beginning. Roberts will not allow the court to get involved in this. He’s a company man and wants to protect SCOTUS at any cost. Nothing Roberts does will stop the Democrats from packing the Court to 13 Justices if the Dems take the Senate and the Presidency.
