Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has made a critical decision which may signal that court's willingness to hear a controversial case attempting to flip Pennsylvania's 2020 election results.
Originally, Alito set a Wednesday deadline for the state to respond to GOP Rep. Mike Kelly's lawsuit alleging that a 2019 state election reform, known as Act 77, violates both the state and federal constitutions by creating a so-called "no-excuse mail-in" voting regime.
Many took the Wednesday deadline as political theater, as it would place the case outside the "safe harbor" window which requires that controversies "concerning the appointment of all or any of the electors . . . by judicial or other methods or procedures" to be determined" at least six days before the time fixed for the meeting of the electors," according to Law & Crime.
In other words, the Tuesday deadline may signal that the Supreme Court takes Kelly's case, which was rejected by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with prejudice last weekend.

Note this...
(No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;)
PA made law, and enforced it, abridging the citizens of the several state of their privileges. And it wasnt even the PA legislature making that law.
If you see it as Antifa/BLM being the Democrats militia ?
Clearly, they were “created” and directed... by someone ? Funded... by someone ? Communications were arranged to enable and facilitate their coordination of action ?
What you might see that as... is the D’s deployed their militia to terrorize the population with offensive operations... while the D’s deliberately prevented the police from disrupting their efforts.
The various militias on the right... mounted only minor holding and defensive operations in response... and continue to sustain fire discipline, now, as there’s really not yet a reason to become any more insistent on forcing changes in politicians behavior, while the process continues to enable a chance of fixing the corruption without violence, a civil war, or a revolution being required to accomplish that end.
But, make no mistake... the corruption is going to be ended... along with those who support and enable it.
Much more is missing in the middle... including that the left work now on de-funding the police... who they’ve ludicrously identified and believe to be the primary threat they face, as if the police are the biggest threat limiting their freedom of action ?
Reality is... the police are the only ones who might be able to protect them... when an actual conflict occurs... instead of the one sided and uncontested parades seen thus far.
Trump’s actions, in contrast, provide additional restraint on the right. Even the QANON thing... probably a psyop run by Trump’s deep-state opponents... operates to enable restraints working against counter-action from the right by saying “don’t worry, we got this, trust the plan” ? The left’s actions, try to throw fuel on the fire of left wing violence, while clearly using it to (they think) accomplish the left’s political objectives.
Thresholds haven’t been reached, yet... or crossed... but, errors in judgment by politicians, courts, legislatures, Congress, or others... could bring an end to the restraint.
People SHOULD be aware of that risk... and be prepared for it. But, don’t expect that, when it happens, it will be anything remotely close to an Antifa take over ?

I do not believe that the socalled “safe harbor” date was ever any kind of deadline in this case where the access to needed evidence was being hidden, covered up, delayed by defendants (basic legal principles would have tolled, delayed application of any such deadline anyway) but this sounds like a good change by Justice Alioto

a few score of PA legislators signing a group objection not officially of the legislature as a whole.
I read only 77 or so of 253 state legislators signed.
Not trying to be a downer here but it’s possible Justice Alito in talks with other Justices was advised to change the response date to avoid the ‘Safe Harbor’ argument.
I hope SCOTUS throws out entire election in all states for federal candidates. Reschedule for Jan 5 - Date of GA . All paper ballots ID Needed - only absentee are overseas military. Votes counted by hand. Must be complete by Jan 12. Federal marshalls enforce observer rules. Video cameras at all counting facilities. This can all be done using 14th amendment. Alito must know he’s got 5 votes. Something I heard in an interview once tells me we might get a concurrent 6th vote with a state legislature mandate -agrees with massive fraud but less radical... 6th vote from Breyer. Compromised Roberts with the two Obama women dissent. Yeah I am crazy.
