That's not how I remember it. He has fought to keep anyone from an audit or even a real recount. The SoS said publicly the he ordered a re-count, re-canvas and audit. Then they did some half-assed count without real over site, and then called it a day. The corruption in dc has trickled down to the states now. Realistically, this is our last stand and it is looking pretty dark right now.

Nothingburger. Kemp had his chance for audits. A whole month. Now the state legislature has to select electors, and present them to the Electoral college under authority of the US Constitution, based on the state’s election laws. Any court will only return whether the election was LAWFUL or UNLAWFUL according to state law. They can choose the victim candidate’s slate of electors, or name their own, or name the “President-elect’s” slate, or make no presentation. If no presentation made, the Electoral College shrinks by the number of the state’s Electoral Votes. And Pence determines this for the Electoral College.

Is a “signature audit” enough? Will that identify machine-manufactured ballots that never were touched by a human hand? One of Giuliani’s witnesses yesterday said they can optically read completed ballots and analyze 19 points for proof the ballot was filled out by hand. Spectrographic analysis can easily differentiate between laser toner and pen ink. Why is nobody calling for this level of investigation?

What is a “signature audit”? What can it prove?

Signatures are on envelopes that are separated from the ballots they contained. Replacements could easily be substituted.
