As early as August, the DOJ had been investigating the White House in an alleged bribery for pardon scheme.
I never thought Blago should have received the sentence he got. I would have given him 36 mos and a stiff fine. Most murderers don’t serve the time Blago was handed. I was glad Trump pardoned him. BTW the reason you pardon people is because they were convicted of a crime. Otherwise they wouldn’t need a pardon. Just sayin.

Flynn would lead to Powell, his attorney of record. I was thinking of Powell, and said so in my first post.
But it cannot be discounted that Powell’s lawsuits have resulted in actual court orders to protect and safeguard incriminating evidence (the Dominion machines). She seems competent and loyal.

No, because he botched THE BEST CASE for stopping the steal.
The Federal District case in Pennsylvania dealt with the MOST electoral votes of any contested states. And it raised Constitutional questions that could have been appealed to the SCOTUS.
So he steps in, dismisses the allegations of fraud, messes up the oral arguments, loses the motion for an emergency order. Then he appeals the wrong question, abandoning the Constitutional issues. Then he loses again. Case closed, and likelihood of reversal at SCOTUS = 0.0001%. He does not even try to have it reviewed by SCOTUS.
