No, because he botched THE BEST CASE for stopping the steal.
The Federal District case in Pennsylvania dealt with the MOST electoral votes of any contested states. And it raised Constitutional questions that could have been appealed to the SCOTUS.
So he steps in, dismisses the allegations of fraud, messes up the oral arguments, loses the motion for an emergency order. Then he appeals the wrong question, abandoning the Constitutional issues. Then he loses again. Case closed, and likelihood of reversal at SCOTUS = 0.0001%. He does not even try to have it reviewed by SCOTUS.
