This is great news, prevents Biden from getting 270 for now and give time to Trump camp to get evidence before court to put PA into Trump column. But PA isn’t enough for Trump to get to 270, it only takes Biden under 270 I believe.

This posting from earlier this am mentions that PA didn’t certify 2016 election results until Dec 12, 2016.
At the very least, hoping this is a “Hold your horses, what’s the rush NOW” from the court.
I heard yesterday some of the Republicans in Pennsylvania voted for this law as a concession to get their desire to have straight ticket balloting disallowed. To a person, they said they did not know that changes to the mail in ballots required a constitutional amendment.
It should be an open and shut case, period. The mail-n ballots should be tossed.
I needed some good news.
There’s one for the fact checkers to choke on.

Pennsylvania already certified its vote for president. This order impacts down ballot races that have not yet been certified.
