I just heard on NewsMax that President Trump has summoned his legal team to the White House for an "emergency meeting".
I know you guys don’t want to hear this, but this is what I think is going on.
I'm going to take a contrarian view and suggest that he's being told that there is no way the establishment, including the Supreme Court, will rule that the United States engaged in a massively corrupt and systemic voter fraud plot to oust President Trump and hold onto power, even if they all know that it's true.
I think they're telling him that the country's reputation is on the line, and that it's "for the good of the country" to go away quietly and let the cheaters cheat.
They might even be telling him that if he leaves, they will stop harassing the Trump Organization, but if he continues to fight they will prosecute him until he and his family are ruined.
They will tell him that the Democrats "stole it fair and square," and that exposing it will do more damage to the country than their crimes already have.

He’s calling his legal team to see if they agree to throw in the towel. Probably thanking them for their diligence, loyalty, and support. The golf course is looking increasingly attractive to him. And why wouldn’t it? Who’d want to return to this nest of vipers?
LOL, I believe the last people to be prosecuted and executed for treason were the Rosenberg's and that was in the 1950s.
The Rosenbergs were not convicted of treason. They were convicted of espionage. The last treason charges that I'm aware of in the US concerned US citizens who joined the Nazis (or in a couple of cases, the Japanese) in WW2.
It would require courage on the part of the state legislators, who have already punted.

Without the intimidation factor of DOJ/FBI involvement on the ground, it’s unlikely they’ll ever have a case.
This is the big issue. Are we expecting those that have been aiding and abetting the coup for 4 years to suddenly stop doing that and support POTUS against the election steal? That’s not going to happen in a million years.

I’m sure not. Sydney Powell was moaning on Rush that they have to be able to examine the machines. If that has not happened yet, it’s too late. WTF is going on? Why weren’t US Marshals sent in to seize these machines?
What’s going on is POTUS has no control of the DOJ. He is PINO at this point. Let’s see if the Pentagon blows him off on Afghstistan/Syria withdrawal, too.
