I know you guys don’t want to hear this, but this is what I think is going on.

I'm going to take a contrarian view and suggest that he's being told that there is no way the establishment, including the Supreme Court, will rule that the United States engaged in a massively corrupt and systemic voter fraud plot to oust President Trump and hold onto power, even if they all know that it's true.

I think they're telling him that the country's reputation is on the line, and that it's "for the good of the country" to go away quietly and let the cheaters cheat.

They might even be telling him that if he leaves, they will stop harassing the Trump Organization, but if he continues to fight they will prosecute him until he and his family are ruined.

They will tell him that the Democrats "stole it fair and square," and that exposing it will do more damage to the country than their crimes already have.

Trump doesn’t do unethical deals like that.

LOL. well, that sounds like a dare. The people that screwed him say they will lose even more face if he proceeds. That THEIR legitimacy is on the line, and if Trump doesn;t play along, THEIR reputation will take a big hit.

Gosh.

And will it take out the courts too?

Let's finish this.

Prosecute Trump for what? Can you list some potential crimes he has committed? I can’t think of any.

Why would his own legal team tell him this?

Go back to Fantasyland, with Bidet.

if so, then since there is no political memory time horizon beyond 30 days, they would probably be telling trump to concede so that the republicans preserve a senate majority by voting for republican candidates in the georgia runoff election.

corrolary— if true, this would imaginably leak out very quickly, especially if trump were to choose not to concede against the “advice.”

Have you not been listening to his attorneys. Seriously. They are psyched and 100% sure Trump will win. Well one said between 90-100%. The others said 100.
