I just heard on NewsMax that President Trump has summoned his legal team to the White House for an "emergency meeting".

As someone who has seen deals go south, there comes a time when fighting is no longer productive.
You need an assessment.
I spent a lot of years doing risk management. Unlike political thriller novels, this stuff is pretty easy to figure out. 30% chance of something happening in 4 different places? The probability is high that those things are NOT going to happen. Therefore, you call it a day after the first of those things fail.
We often rag on the dems for being so emotional. Take the emotion out of it.
There are other things to do to salt the battlefield. Disclosure would be a nice parting gift. Let the leaks commence. Followed by pardons.

But even if I ran around, hair on fire screaming “Fraud,” do you have one single positive suggestion as to what could have been done about it? Trump apparently knew about it and couldn’t stop it. The AZ GOP woman in charge of inspecting the machines didn’t even go. So, there’s that.

Did Trump not Tweet the following message this morning:
“I won the election.”
Seems incongruent with any expectation of a concession this week.
Which ballots? Specifically? That is the problem.
The only alternative would be to send it to the states—and they want nothing to do with it.

All the lawyers in the world won’t help if there is no legal case to be made.
Without the intimidation factor of DOJ/FBI involvement on the ground, it’s unlikely they’ll ever have a case.
You can prove machines switched votes. But I think forensically proving that a particular machine switched a particular vote, and proving that 140,000 times, is a pretty tough job.
Insurrection Act and Martial Law in that case.
The only answer is to in the future, pay attention to those State and Local elections and push for election reform in evey State.
If nothing else, this whole fiasco maybe will finally wake people up about how effed up our election systems are.
Personally, I think Team Trump should focus ALL of their energies on the DIGITAL/SOFTWARE VOTE SWITCHING issue.
I agree, and it's the easiest one to prove. All you have to do is to hand recount the paper ballots and compare the total to the recorded count.
Any discrepancies over 0.5% cannot be attributed to "normal" errors.
If Trump has any chance of prosecuting the election fraud and getting to the bottom of the Dominion changing, deleting votes for Trump and adding votes for Biden, etc., he must fire Wray and Hassel NOW
When the AZ legislature says it won’t do anything because that’s the “courts’ job,” well, that’s it.
Did the Rosenberg execution include some sort of change in the sentencing guidelines for treason?

If he concedes, then he has no options when the

Disagree. They need to hammer the fraud, but they also need to show the SC how certain states violated their own election laws via decrees bureaucrats.
One of the most important issues is that election rules were changed by election officials, overriding the laws set forth by the state legislature. This issue will give the SC something to rule on...

I'm sure not. Sydney Powell was moaning on Rush that they have to be able to examine the machines. If that has not happened yet, it's too late. WTF is going on? Why weren't US Marshals sent in to seize these machines?
I'm sure the enemy being well aware that these machines will eventually be looked at have already uploaded patches that have completely overwritten any evidence of tampering.
Last chance. Seize the backup voting machines. The enemy will likely overlook them and the vote stealing patches can likely still be found.
