I just heard on NewsMax that President Trump has summoned his legal team to the White House for an "emergency meeting".
He’s been constantly reaffirming he won the election on Twitter.
I doubt this is anything more than a coordination meeting to roll out the goods on voter fraud.
The problem is no one in government can be trusted.

Hillary conceded the election in a phone call to Trump.
People here will hate me but I just offer opinions based on what I see.
He is going to ask them flat out, 1) How many Biteme votes can we overturn with these suits? and 2) What is the real possibility that state legislatures will get involved?
(Two days ago, MI, PA, WI, and GA state legislative spokesmen said they wouldn’t. I think if his legal team says the absolute most they can hope for in the courts is that the USSC will at some point throw out some of the absentees-—but not enough to win, I think he will concede.
I think his team knows that the Dominion server conspiracy case, while likely very solid, is not specific enough in terms of harms (i.e., can’t show specifically that the votes went to Biteme, only that it looks incredibly fishy. But that’s not enough to take points off the board.)
I know you guys don’t want to hear this, but this is what I think is going on.

Powell seems pretty adamant they can prove it. And don’t forget Pompeo’s comments about a smooth transition for Trump.
Glad I didn’t donate any because this is looking more like a money grab than an actual fight to overturn the results.

Powell was on Rush. She said that when they stopped the count in the middle of the night while Trump was ahead, what they had to deal with was the unexpectedly high number of Trump votes and they could not match the algorithm in order to make the vote steal seamless.

Disagree. They need to hammer the fraud, but they also need to show the SC how certain states violated their own election laws via decrees bureaucrats.
One of the most important issues is that election rules were changed by election officials, overriding the laws set forth by the state legislature. This issue will give the SC something to rule on.
Curing invalid ballots, accepting ballots past deadlines, not allowing observers to actually observe (or telling observers that counting is done for the night, but then continuing to find and count ballots throughout the night while Republican observers have been sent home).
These will allow the SC to prevent the certification by certain states and may allow them to use statistical remedies to bring Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan back to Trump.
The fraud will be extremely important, if it can be proven, but that proof may not be timely enough.
I don’t think Trump ever needs to officially “concede.” Hillary never conceded.
She gave a speech on Nov 9 2016 in which she said she had called Trump the previous evening and congratulated him. The speech never mentioned the word "concede". But let's see what this emergency meeting is about.
The only question left if that happens is do we celebrate the Official end of the Republic on November 3, 2020 or January 20, 2021?

Absolutely. Because nothing says MAGA like David Perdue and his Bloomberg sponsored gun control bill. Interestingly, if you go to Perdue’s twitter timeline you won’t find a single reference to POTUS going back weeks. Now why would that be?

Exactly my point! Bannon predicted that on Nov 4th, several top officials would be fired...because Trump didn’t have to tow the line any longer. But the use of technology to create votes for Biden has made that change impossible. Really is an untenable position for a President of the United States to be in. He can’t clean house because the foundation beneath it has been pulled out from under him.
