Sidney Powell went on an evidence-free tangent on Fox News which included her claiming that the CIA is involved in the supposed election fraud that caused President Donald Trump to lose the 2020 election.
Maria Bartiromo spoke to Powell after an interview with Rudy Giuliani, who was largely given free rein to push the Dominion voter software conspiracy theory Fox News has already discredited. Powell kept this going as she claimed Trump actually won the election by “millions of votes,” that Dominion was “designed to rig elections,” and “we have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”
“You feel that you’ll be able to prove this?” Bartiromo asked. “Do you have the software in your possession? Do you have the hardware in your possession? How will you prove this?”
“Well, I’ve got lots of ways to prove it, Maria but I’m not going to tell on national TV what all we have. I just can’t do that,” Powell answered.
The interview continued with Powell saying Dominion was conducive to “massive election fraud” and “every state that bought Dominion, for sure, should have a criminal investigation or at least a serious investigation of the officers in the state who bought the software.” This led to Powell also saying the Trump campaign has seen evidence of “kickbacks” for those who accepted Dominion’s software in their states.
Bartiromo asked Powell to elaborate on the “kickback” claims on the other side of a commercial break, to which, Powell had this to say:
We’re collecting evidence now from various whistleblowers that are aware of substantial sums of money being given to family members of state officials who bought this software. We’re talking about $100 million packages for new voting machines suddenly, in multiple states, and benefits ranging from financial benefits for family members to sort of what I would call election insurance, because they know that they can win the election if they are using that software.
After calling lamenting the “insidious corrupt system” that the government supposedly failed to address even after complaints from Democrats, Powell began to push the insinuation that the CIA is allowing all of this to happen.
“Nobody in our government has paid any attention to it, which makes me wonder how much the CIA has used it for its own benefit in different places,” Powell said. “Why Gina Haspel is still there in the CIA is beyond my comprehension. She should be fired immediately.”
The comments from Powell come amid reports that Haspel has been frozen out of Trump’s intelligence briefings, and the president may fire her amid recent pushback to some of his ideas. As Powell failed to name a government official who accepted kickbacks connected to Dominion, Bartiromo asked “Why do you think Gina Haspel should be fired immediately? You’re saying the CIA is behind the Dominion or the Smartmatic voting software as well?”
Powell answered that “no honest person would use this system,” and she said that the CIA previously heard complaints about it.
“It should never have been installed anywhere and we are going to show the public exactly how rotten the entire state is,” she said.

Smartmatic was founded by 3 Venezuelan engineers and incorporated in Delaware. Smartmatic purchased Voting Systems and Sequoia was eventually acquired by Dominion.

Haspel should never been allowed within a mile of that position to start with. She should be more than fired...she should be arrested and jailed.

They watched on Dominion in real time after the count stopped and saw as millions of votes were transferred from Trump to Biden. They saw the landslide, halted the count and then the computer shenanigans began.

She is an esteemed, pricey lawyer. If she is saying this about these voting machine companies, in a nationally televised interview, she must have something major.
I wonder what commands she dictated to Mitch during her twenty minute in person visit last week? She might have been carrying his blackmail file in her little secrets bag.
Unfortunately, Sidney and Rudy can’t prosecute and DOJ won’t.

Dominion submitted a bid to The City of Philadelphia to be considered for use in elections. Although the bid was given to ES&S, there is something quite curious about its application: It’s REDACTED.
And not only that, look *what* is redacted.
Me: If the tweet disappears, the redacted bit is about foreign investment and/or ownership.
I was a Powell fan for a long time but now she’s starting to sound kooky. Time to put up or shut up.

Whatever they have, if they can show it cheated Romney out of the win in 2012, I would think they would be golden.
It makes Trump not the only one, nor even the first.
It leaves Romney with an exploded head. I mean what is he going to say, “No! I really, Really, REALLY lost! I swear I did. I’m such a loser!”
I think it’s perfect for the public aspect of this.
Besides, it’s probably true.
The Haspel-China Mitch thing was a bit of choreographed beltway theater designed to show GOP Senate support for her. Right after that some useless GOP Senators like Rubio ran out and voiced support for her.

“First of all, I never say anything I can’t prove. Secondly, the evidence is coming in so fast I can’t even process it all. Millions of Americans have written by now, I would say, definitely hundreds of thousands have stepped forward with their different experiences of voter fraud but this is massive election fraud and I’m very concerned it not only involved Dominion and its Smartmatic software but that the software was essentially used by other election machines also. It’s absolutely brazen how people bought this system and why they bought this system”
Interestingly enough, Powell stated that the software’s user manual talks about how “votes can be wiped away.”
Powell stated whistleblowers came forward over alleged paybacks. She said in states where the new election technology was purchased and implemented, there’s evidence of officials’ family members being paid large lump sums of money.
There are other concerns about how the software can be utilized. The attorney stated software and election officials have the ability to do things like delete ballots, force the machine not to read voters’ signatures or the down ballot. Powell said there’s also the ability for the machine to be programed to only count votes for Biden.
“It’s like drag and drop whatever you want wherever you want, upload votes,” she explained.
Powell said the campaign has a sworn affidavit from a person who knows how the system works and was allegedly there when the system was being created and implemented.
There are only two possibilities — IT IS EITHER TRUE OR FALSE.
