PENNSYLVANIA (KXAN/CNN) — Six lawsuits filed by President Donald Trump’s campaign have failed to get nearly 9,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania invalidated, CNN reports.
On Friday, two judges threw out the cases, which the Trump campaign complained should not be counted because their outer envelopes lacked names, dates, and/or addresses.
Ultimately, the judges ruled the ballots were valid and they will be processed.

WHAT? In Oregon we are only required to sign the outside envelope...which we hate. I figure they’ve got almost every thing else coded on the envelope (or ballot.)
This is not criticism of the poster BFAC, but of the article. As is the norm, the article falls short on the facts and material information. were the cases about meaningless technicalities or actual lack of voter identification.
1) What does the law enacted by the State legislature actually say regarding writing names, addresses, etc. on the “outer” envelope?
2) Discussion of “outer envelopes” begs the question: Were there, or were there supposed to be, “inner envelopes” with such voter identification?
3) Did the 9,000 ballots at issue, and/or whatever envelopes they came in, actually bear no way of identifying the “voters”?
I suspect the ‘correct’ judges were in place before the election for just such rulings.

Every court from now on, in nearly every battleground state, is less friendly to the Dems. NC was the court I worried about, but that result is settled.

Time for SCOTUS to add more “chaos” to this election, to show the Democrats, 2 can play this damnable game.
These were not Federal courts.
I will always remember during the Clinton impeachment debacle, I heard on a radio news report that the Clinton people had won a decision in a lower court. Naturally, the media was celebrating right along with them, adding the word “fortunately” to an otherwise factual report.
A few days later, the Supremes overturned the lower court decision.
Yep! There are a lot of those!
It’s the state legislatures responsibility for the election process Isn’t it? Did the PA state legislature approve unverified ballots to be counted?? How does the court get involved with this, especially if it a federal election?
They must be in Judge Roy Bean blood line.
Correction just the Legislature is Republican. SOS is Democrat with Dem Gov.

Sorry to repeat myself but....
I am expecting a lot of disbelief among the millions of avid Trump voters that all these challenges that fail are really only based on unfounded rumors. Judges versus the truth.
Much worse than “Oswald killed Kennedy and acted alone” , “UFOs are really reflections of the planet Venus”and “Obama was a legal resident of the United States at birth” which simmered below the surface. Don’t forget: “If you like your doctor you can keep you doctor.” “Obamacare will save the individual $2,000 to $4,000 a year on average and result in lower health care and drug costs for all.”
This vote fraud abomination will not go silently into the

Rats win because they play the long game. Our side is all about instant gratification.
