PENNSYLVANIA (KXAN/CNN) — Six lawsuits filed by President Donald Trump’s campaign have failed to get nearly 9,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania invalidated, CNN reports.
On Friday, two judges threw out the cases, which the Trump campaign complained should not be counted because their outer envelopes lacked names, dates, and/or addresses.
Ultimately, the judges ruled the ballots were valid and they will be processed.

“The Trump campaign says it wasn’t claiming these ballots were fraudulent, just that they had questions about whether or not they followed the rules.”
This is the interesting item mentioned in the article. The 9000 votes the Trump campaign asked about in this suit certainly are a drop in the ocean from any sort of perspective, but might in it’s own way be ultimately pointing to something much larger that the Trump campaign has evidence of.
Of course they did.
The SCOTUS have already heard the PA lawsuits from the Trump campaign when they ordered ballot separation. They merely postponed the real hearing till after the elections.
These particular suits are just the sideshow. 9,000? Pffffth.
Is it wrong to want to know WHO was the judge?
This exposes that the courts that won’t enforce state election law are as corrupt as the election.

Pretty sure this smaller cases will be dwarfed by the Dominion issues and foreign influence. This was much bigger than voter misconduct and error.

My prediction is that there is no forum that will be available to hear these matters (and if you think different, tell me who or what could adjudicate this massive conspiracy-coup and produce a different outcome), and that the military, as has been promised for months by Pelosi, by Schumer, and by the Transition Integrity Project will, in fact, drag Trump out of the White House if/when he refuses to concede.
Is this the result of the released “kraken”?
Wow per the Judge statement: “In one case, Judge Richard Haaz, of the Montgomery Court of Common Pleas ruled that 592 mail-in ballots will be counted because the state doesn’t require voters to fill out the envelope sections. Additionally, the instructions on the ballots didn’t tell voters to do so.
Haaz wrote in his ruling, “Voters should not be disenfranchised by reasonably relying upon voting instructions provided by election officials.”
So here again our GOP SOS/GOP Legislature failed to make it a requirement to complete outside envelope and failed to instruct voters to do so in the instruction of the ballot.
Another way they sealed the fraud by not requiring data on outside of envelope and not providing instructions to voters on the ballot.
It’s insane. Imagine if someone entered a voting station and refused to provide their name or address. Would they still be allowed to vote?

Agree on Thomas and Alito, but Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are wild cards. I could totally see them torture the law to get a desired outcome, just like Roberts did with Obamacare. But, this should be more cut and dry.
Time will tell.

It was a given that PA judges could not be trusted and that appeals were going to follow.
In Florida we are instructed to fill in name, address and email address, then sign and date the envelope.
If your republican party failed to place those instructions on the voting envelope then each one of them should be fired asap for gross incompetence and stupidity. Also, all mail in votes as such should be voided.
