Speaking from the East Room of the White House just after 2 a.m. Wednesday morning, President Trump declared he will "not stand" for Democrats trying to disenfranchise Republican voters as many states continue to tally votes.
"A very sad group of people is trying to disenfranchise that group of people [Trump voters] and we won’t stand for it," Trump said. "This [voter turnout] is a record, there's never been anything like it."
But the incumbent President was also in a sober mood, acknowledging the night hasn't gone as planned.
"We were getting ready for a big celebration. We were winning everything and all of the sudden it was just called off," he said. "We were all set to get outside to celebrate something so beautiful, so good."
On the remaining states, Trump expressed confidence in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
"Most importantly, we're winning Pennsylvania by a tremendous amount of votes," Trump said.
On the issue of late vote tallies, Trump declared "a fraud is being perpetuated on the American people" and pointed to his court battle predictions about mass mail in voting. He called for vote counting to stop and said he will appeal to the Supreme Court immediately.
"We want the law to be used in a proper manner," Trump said. "Frankly, we won this election...We won this election. This is a major fraud on this nation."

Trump was joined on stage by First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence. The room was full of supporters, Trump family members and campaign staff.
"I believe we are on the road to victory and we will Make America Great Again," Pence said.
Meanwhile, votes in Pennsylvania and Michigan may not be tabulated until the end of the week.

I am feeling down... my question becomes, what’s the basis in court to get rid of all these mail in ballots?
I’m trying not to be a downer, but we’ve had years of “draining the swamp” which amounted to doing almost nothing. Now we are going to “not put up with” the voter fraud. I imagine that means we aren’t actually going to get anywhere.
Doe anyone know the order of counting?
I saw huge leads for biden evaporate because everyone said the mail ins were counted first.
Now others are saying they were counted last and that is why Trump’s leads are getting smaller.

This election should have already been called for DJT. He clearly won. There are evil people out there turning this country into something horrific. They are fraudsters with no shame.
Well, the ballots are legal if filled out properly, so the lawyers will look at each ballot and try to argue it was filled out improperly.
They’ll check signatures against vote registration and if the k-loops are the wrong size the Republicans will say it is a forgery and someone will have to decide - on each ballot.
With 3 days to count ballots and WI lost, we might very well lose this!
It’s the mail-in ballots fraud. I remember in Florida in one of the contested elections, they purposely didn’t count mail-ins until the vote total was done because mail-ins were mostly military ballots that generally ran GOP. I think the Dems became aware of the fraud potential of the manipulation of mail-in ballots and delayed counting at that time, and the 2020 election and the panic-demic were their golden opportunity.
So where do we go from here?
Time to have a trucker’s strike and shut down food shipments into the cities until this is resolved.
How many of the mail in votes also voted in person?
If they were postmarked on or before November 3rd, there is no basis to exclude them. The states set the rules. Not FedGov, not Trump.
VOTER ID is something has to be put in place now — he had 4 yrs and should have done just that... No one here is surprised that the Democrats LIE and CHEAT — that’s what they so — like a scorpion saved from a flood by the fox, he will sting and kill them both... They are that stupid and crazy.... All year we’ve seen the Democrats act childish and irresponsible all the while pointing the fingers at those they don’t like... they are worst than 3rd graders on the playground...
VOTER ID LAWS must be in place — TRUMP should walk with 283 and win this — but this was too damn close to ever go through this crap again...
Added to this - there are those in Congress that are true felons and should not even be here through fraud — they need to be ousted!

Under no circumstances will we accept the results of a stolen, postponed counting vote in Pennsylvania or Michigan
Who ever heard of any elections whereby they stop counting in the middle of the night just because the incumbent president is winning?

Oh goodie. That sounds like chaos and a long drawn out fight. I have no doubt if not for this damn virus and no cheat by mail, this would be over already.
I do worry about the GOP post Trump, he was the only counter to Dem’s advantage in the EC and even now, they went all out to undercut him. No one someone of a Mitt/Jeb type could do well in future election cycles.
I believe PA state laws require that ballots must be signed and they must match the signatures of the voters that are on file, and that there is a deadline on which ballots must be received. State courts ruled, contrary to the law, that matching signatures are not required and they arbitrarily extended the deadline.
