"what’s the basis in court to get rid of all these mail in ballots?

If they were postmarked on or before November 3rd, there is no basis to exclude them. The states set the rules. Not FedGov, not Trump.

I can just see someone in the back room post marking all these ballots they have found starting on November 4th and the weeks ahead. We are seeing a coup that they have predicted

Post marked? Remember who runs the Post Office. They could Postmark any date they want on anything.

We all know the dems cheat over and over which has been proven. Why do we allow this?

“The states set the rules. Not FedGov, not Trump.”

The Federal govt has the constitutional and legislative requirement to intercede (Article IV, Section 4 and the 1964 Civil Rights and 1965 Voting Rights Acts)

Think how the 60’s and 70’s Feds through the courts forced many southern states into “settlement agreements” to guarantee equal voter access and to end “voter suppression”.

Vote fraud is a form of voter suppression as it negates legitimate votes.

Voter suppression is a Federal felony with a 10 year max per occurrence.
