I believe mail in ballots is all they have left. If I’m wrong, it doesn’t matter, since they also said their little commie staff are too tuckered out to finish their jobs tonight. So all counting stopped in Philly.
But total outstanding vote left in Philly is around 275k. Not enough to save Biden by itself.
I think just one.
Politico has us up a couple hundred votes in IA-2 with 100% in.
