I predicted 354 on Friday although I predicted last election plus MN, NM, NV and longshots OR and NJ.
They can tell the registered numbers—they are not votes, but the assumed based on registration. You can probably safely assume 90% will stay loyal.

They are votes by party affiliation. You can fairly accurately extrapolate results from them.
