Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) told voters in Tucson, Arizona, that she and Joe Biden were fighting for a “long-overdue reckoning on racial injustice in America.”
Harris was speaking at a “drive-in rally,” the first of two stops for her in the Grand Canyon State. Democrats have long hoped to swing the state into the “blue” column. Both Harris and Biden have emphasized the idea that the United States is haunted by “systemic racism.”
She spoke in the aftermath of a second night of violence and looting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, following the shooting of an armed black man, Walter Wallace Jr., by police.
She said:
We are in the midst of a crisis, which is the long-overdue reckoning on racial injustice in America.

Does she really know that outside of her leftist bubble people are extremely resentful of having their kids passed over for college entrance and top jobs and promotions so blacks with much less merit could go ahead of them? And their small construction company and business had no “set asides” and quotas for minority ones to pass them by with special funding added. And people who had no relatives here in the early 1800s will now be drained of money as “reparations” to current blacks? And tens of millions of non-working welfare blacks (some in the fifth generation on welfare) are not worth special privileges and benefits while others work pay taxes.
The day of reckoning for that is not the way she stupidly thinks it will be. She’d better hope it does not come.

The only possible, almost systemic racism in America is the damnable plantation that is the Welfare State built by the lefturds, and (admittedly) never torn down by the pubbies when they had the chance.
