Co-host and network legal analyst Sunny Hostin said on Tuesday’s broadcast of ABC’s “The View” now that the Republican-controlled Senate voted to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett, the Supreme Court no longer reflected the values of America.
Hostin said, “I think her appointment is really going to change the way the Supreme Court is going to not only handle cases but the way the Supreme Court is going to look going forward. We all know the Republican Party has been packing the Supreme Court for decades. They’ve been packing the judiciary for decades. Trump has put now three justices on the Supreme Court and just dozens and dozens of judges on the federal judiciary.”

Yep. When a Republican nominates a judge, it's "packing". When a democRat nominates a judge it "reflects American values".
Stand the F by if Trump wins and has a chance to replace Breyer, Thomas and/or Alito.
They don’t know how electoral process works.
What they are really saying is that the US Constitution no longer fits their twisted thoughts on modern society. They want judicial activism to allow them to declare up is down, right is wrong, and night is day. Or any variation they so choose...

Those who sit on that Court, who are faithless to Oath, are despicable. There have been many.
SCOTUS <> values of Americans who oppose the Constitution
The whole premise of the FDR appointed justices is that the Constitution is malleable.
I hope we completely leave that behind.
We need lawyers that understand the constitution and the law. Our law schools are cranking out community organizers NOT lawyers!
Who is President? Trump!
Who runs the Senate? Reps!
Who runs the HOR? If it’s a HOR you know it’s dems!
Who runs the SCOTUS? Conservatives!

THEIR side thinks it is about policy being decided by the court. OUR side thinks it is about court justices whose job is to interpret existing law, sometimes against the background of the U.S. Constitution.
The values of America are the law and the Constitution. Therefore, it does reflect those values. If those things don’t reflect America’s values then America ceases to be America.
The “legal analyst” reveals an amazing distorted and incompetent view of what the Court is about. Read the article, you’ll see some total nonsense.
