He can always say that he’s thinking of 2024... just saying.
Their plan is to install Harris ASAP after the election on the pretense that Biden is ill, possibly with a severe case of COVID-19. He’ll be in the hospital for a few days or weeks then they will trigger 25th Amendment.
Harris becomes POTUS, then Hilliary is chosen VP...................................
