The Senate will vote Monday on confirming President Trump's nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, to the Supreme Court.
"With regard to the Supreme Court justice ... we'll be voting to confirm justice-to-be Barrett next Monday," Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said during a weekly press conference, confirming the timing of a final vote on her nomination.
...
Top GOP senators and aides had previously indicated to The Hill that they were likely to set up the final vote for Monday, allowing vulnerable GOP senators to spend the final week before the election back on the campaign trail.
To set up a final vote on Monday, McConnell is expected to tee up Barrett's nomination on Friday, a day after the Judiciary Committee is expected to sign off on her nomination.
The Senate will then hold a procedural vote on Sunday. After that, senators could still debate her nomination for an additional 30 hours.

“Positive thinking. Im giving it a try after decades of negative thinking hasnt worked out :)”
God bless you.....
Oh i hope i hope there will be “protest” marches when ACB is confirmed, with wailing green haired tattooed hoards of crying snowflakes, like at the Javits center, hugging and whimpering
Thats entertainment!
No debates just a straight up down vote.
“Im almost thinking many Dems will vote for her....pretending to play nice nice.”
This is not going to be a 52-48 votes. I predict a minimum of at least 60 votes for her.
Hirono’s question is the tip off. They plan on trotting out the alleged sex assault victims (yes, multiple victims to make it more believable) just prior to the vote and the RINOs will delay the vote. They don’t want Barrett in there for any post-election court cases. I would bet my life savings she is not confirmed before election day.
Why is Judge Barrett so attractive and endearing and her interrogators such broomriders in looks and souls?
I hate to be mystical. Aura
I agree....Feinstein is leading this and it’s pretty obvious she’s not on the best terms with Chuckie.
Dems know they’ve lost this one. Expect their next move to demand she recuse herself for any cases to determine who actually wins the election. I wonder if any gopers would vote in favor of that?
