DiFi is going through a list of all the things people will lose if the ACA is overturned. What she doesn’t seem to understand is that it is not the court’s responsibility to correct any of those things. Their job is to rule on whether or not something is constitutional.
Perhaps if the Dems hadn’t rammed the ACA through w/o any bipartisan support, they would be in a better position.
The keep saying we cannot confirm because “people are voting”. My response would be, Why are people voting before the election, wouldn’t people want to weigh all the evidence, watch all the debates, hear all the press questions.
