In early September, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit rejected Gen. Michael Flynn’s petition for dismissal and voted 8-2 to send the case back to judge Emmet Sullivan. The judge, who rejected the Department of Justice dismissal of the case, must now consider documents Flynn’s attorneys filed with the court on Thursday.
“General Flynn has a Sixth Amendment right to a public exoneration regarding the proceedings against him,” the documents state, “and the American people have a right to know the truth about the nefarious conduct and the people who committed it. The defense objects to any redactions and demands that the Government file these documents unredacted on the public record.”
In messages exchanged on the FBI’s “Lync” messaging system in October of 2016, FBI employees exchanged messages about the “Crossfire Road Show,” stating that they were “interested to see how this all plays out.” They knew exactly how bad it was: “I’m telling man, if this thing ever gets FOIA’d, there are going to be some tough questions asked.”
According to the documents, the “investigation” of General Flynn was first closed by November 8, 2016. The FBI agents write: “he said shut down Razor” [the operation against Flynn] and “so glad they’re closing razor,” closing Razor.” However [redacted] “was silent though, so who knows what he will want.” Was that Andy [McCabe]?”

Flynn’s financial records and transactions beginning in December 2015 and well into 2017, before, during and after when he served at the White House as President Donald Trump’s National Security Director, a former senior Treasury Department official, and veteran of the intelligence community, told the Star Newspapers. “I started seeing things that were not correct, so I did my own little investigation, because I wanted to make sure what I was seeing was correct” she said. “You never want to draw attention to something if there is not anything there.” The whistleblower said she only saw metadata, that is names and dates when the general’s financial records were accessed. “I never saw what they saw.”
By March 2016, the whistleblower said she and a colleague, who was detailed to Treasury from the intelligence community, became convinced that the surveillance of Flynn was not tied to legitimate criminal or national security concerns, but was straight-up political surveillance among other illegal activity occurring at Treasury. “When I showed it to her, what she said, ‘Oh, sh%t!’ and I knew right then and there that I was right – this was some shady stuff,” the whistleblower said. “It wasn’t just him,” the whistleblower said. “They were targeting other U.S. citizens, as well.”
Only two names are listed in the whistleblower’s official paperwork, so the others must remain sealed, she said. The second name is Paul J. Manafort Jr., the one-time chairman of Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Since Barr was not brought in soon enough, this info may be arriving too late to get anything done about it.
No one should seriously think that any Dim or anyone in the media (ABC/CBS/CNN/MSNBC/NBC/NPR), outside our own media sources, will find the material important and this time. Our sources will raise the issue and info, but the media most of the sheeple listen to will say nothing.
Irony is that if Sullivan had not continued the persecution, none of the new documents would have surfaced.
So the Judge served a good purpose. Now, he won’t sleep at night.
A year and a half is not long enough? Judaical Watch has done his work for him. All he has to do is give them a call.
What’s the chance Sullivan will abandon ship and sign the order to dismiss charges tomorrow? Throw in the towel so to speak.
The narrative is that Flynn is guilty, he said so himself, and he is a traitor. All the rest is Trump and his toadie, Barr, letting their guilty guy off the hook.
The fact that DOJ moved to dismiss the case is the scandal. The trial judge thinks so, otherwise he would have followed the usual routing and timely dismissed.
I'm of a mind that there is literally no fact that could come, no evidence could appear, that would cause "huge trouble" or even honesty from the DEMs. They are purely narrative driven.
Heck, Trump didn't even actually win the election, so anything done to stifle his agenda is justified.

Is Sullivan’s gag order against Flynn speaking out publicly still in effect?

When you know you are up against a traitorous bureaucracy and a traitorous judiciary, both trying to insure everything you do is slow walked and interrupted along the way, yes, a year and a half is not enough. That is not even counting everything else Barr has to do, everything else his daily schedule and attention requires of him. The revealing info is not the the FBI & DOJ lacked the now revealed info, only that they denied the info to Flynn’s attorney and the themselves refused to appropriately consider the info, which would have and should have led honest prosecutors to drop the case (UNLESS some higher ups were threatening their careers of they did not charge Flynn).
He had one other arrow he could have shot off. Once he knew the charges should have been dismissed (which also was not that long ago now), he could have appointed someone like Durham as s special prosecutor investigating the DOJ figures that brought the charges against Flynn.
That would be great and totally out of character for the rogue judge, who SHOULD be impeached.
Hate to sound so dark, but this has gone on long enough.
I hope Sullivan is never forgiven for this.
