I can’t believe the two threads were posted without adequate sources...I don’t speak for anyone but myself - I do not want to read twitter accounts and I see someone posted that I could read it from Sidney’s twitter. Love Sidney but I don’t go to anyone’s twitter account to get the news. Truth be known, I don’t even know how to get there so it’s futile to suggest it. If I miss something of a huge magnitude - so be it!!
Overreacted - possibly - but our tolerance only goes so far today with all the other garbage we’re bombarded with. I see “excerpt”, I expect to see a REAL SOURCE...not bounce from thread to thread to see where people are getting their info from.
Trump is a major danger to the liberal judicial branch of government and these judges know it.
Keep this conspiracy in play until Trump wins reelection then pardon LTG Flynn and initiate impeachment proceedings agains Sullivan.

Does that story mean that Judge Sullivan has no choice but to turn off the lights and lock the doors? He’s done, and has to release Flynn from further persecution? Or can Judge Sullivan dream up a new tactic?

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal appeals court in Washington on Monday declined to order the dismissal of the Michael Flynn prosecution, permitting a judge to scrutinize the Justice Department’s request to dismiss its case against the President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser.
The decision keeps the matter at least temporarily alive and rejects efforts by both Flynn’s lawyers and the Justice Department to force the prosecution to be dropped without any further inquiry from the judge, who has months declined to dismiss it.
Federal prosecutors moved in May to dismiss the prosecution even though Flynn had pleaded guilty and admitted lying to the FBI during the Russia investigation about his Russian contacts during the presidential transition period. He was awaiting sentencing when the government asked to dismiss the case.
But U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, signaling his skepticism at the government’s motion, refused to immediately grant the request and instead appointed a retired federal judge to argue against the Justice Department’s position.
