61 pages! That’s a frickin’ book!
Well said!
This is a disaster.
Lol..
It appears that it was a typo; “Ann” = “All”.
No one can tell us?
Ann Drogynous?
Ann Anarchy?
Ann Droid?
Ann Ual?
OP linked to the AP home page instead of the article

Oh. A FReeper pig pile funny due to initial typo. Got it.
It just stunned my beeper while I was taking a shower deep in the Hurtgen forest with the classy green eyed blonde...
What exactly does this mean in laymans terms?
Here’s the one with the same title as AP

Article is just the headline repeated
Whats appropriate dispatch mean?

No kidding...what a mess up on something so many of us have been waiting all month for. The other FR thread on the same subject has all sort of replies but there isn’t any source to tell us where they’re getting their info from - it’s all twitter comments. I do not want to read twitter comments for the news.
Thanks for this link...
It really is amazing how this is being kept alive. Its pure politics without even any attempt to cover it with a veneer of justice or law.
It just tells me how incredibly corrupt the center of the Empire is.
I take back the “thanks” as there is nothing but a blank page there with lots of BLANK space for advertisements. Why is it so difficult to come up with the article about something as important as this story?
Why doesnt Trump just pardon him?
It appears to be true.
Although a solution may be worse than the problem, I sort of wish the Constitution had included a Fast Reaction court body that could swoop in and just say “Stop. This is judicial abuse. This is lawfare. We’re done. Right now.” And after that it would go to the Supreme Court, if it went anywhere at all.
That typo should require you to post a good picture of Ann Margaret.
Whatever Sullivan wants it to mean.
The Flynn case exposes the corruption in the FBI but also links that corruption to the article 3 courts. Our politically sensitive Chief Justice who allegedly is preoccupied with maintaining the integrity of the court is now confronted with a real dilemma.
He can either torpedo general Flynn and serve his new constituency on the left and further bring the courts into disrepute or he can abandon the left and opt for a new concept, justice.
He no doubt will try to thread the needle, that is to find a way to favor the left while he contrives a new legal path to his foregone conclusion. But I think this matter has become so starkly political that a failure by the Supreme Court to disentangle the matter from politics by disentangling the court itself from politics and ruling for general Flynn that any contrary ruling will be widely seen (not the least by legal practitioners and scholars as well as legal journalists) as one more undeniable piece of evidence that the Chief Justice John Robert's court has been thoroughly politicized.
The evidence? All one has to do to predict the outcome of these cases is to count up the number of Democrats ruling versus the number of Republicans ruling. One can always be sure how the Democrats will rule. The prediction then becomes very easy-as it was easy by counting noses on the appellate court.
I am not sure which result I would prefer. General Flynn will ultimately be exonerated in any case but perhaps it is time that the Supreme Court and the article 3 court system itself was unmasked for the whole world to see.
Appeals court throws out the rule of law and substitutes political objectives.
