Former Jets coach Pete Carroll — now head coach for the Seattle Seahawks — got political on Saturday, delivering an impassioned plea against racism.
Carroll, 68, called on other coaches to use their platforms to speak out against social justice and stressed the need to vote in November and for white people to finally listen to the people of color around them.
“This is about racism in America that white people don’t know,” the Super Bowl-winning coach said during a nearly 15-minute monologue.

Never forget that Pete Carroll welcomed O.J. Simpson to an ‘SC practice a few years after the acquittal and gushed about how great it was to have him there.

I am 41 years old, and I cannot remember a time when blacks were not complaining about being victims of racism.
These guys are in some sort of weird bidding war.
Couch A: My team will kneel during the National Anthem.
Coach B: That’s nothing. We’re also going to put up BLM posters.
Coach C: We’re doing even more. We are cancelling an entire practice.
What’s next? Maybe Coach D will pick one white player at random, and have him run the gauntlet in his underwear.

There may be someone they haven't pissed off yet...some ad revenue they haven't torched.
No more NBA/MLB/NFL and now even the NHL. It all needs to be turned off and these guys need to learn the relationship between their salaries and ad revenues.

What these people are admitting, is that they have been

I’m not buying into the BLM movement at all. It is a
cross between a money laundering organization, a protection
racket, and a military force out on the streets.
I can’t honestly believe we have come to the place where
we just allow this sort of treachery to take place, and
people with legitimate positions in corporations actually
buy into it.
Don’t you have to have a clean slate to hold corporate
positions on these levels. Paying protection funds is
a crime isn’t it?
It’s agreeing to participate in criminal activity, which
should automatically make them unable to hold a corporate
position.

I’ll continue to intentionally avoid watching college or professional sports. Local amateur games will be fine.

You are the enemy if you disagree with them. And now you are also the enemy if you just say nothing.
And since “silence is violence”, the radicals have given themselves permission to use violence back at you. After all, you started it.
A lot of professional athletes run for political office after they retire from sports. It’ll be interesting to see how well they do when there are pictures and videos of them kneeling during the national anthem, especially if they are Republicans.
