Washington (CNN)More than two dozen former Republican lawmakers announced Monday they are endorsing Joe Biden for president.
Former Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona and former Rep. Charlie Dent of Pennsylvania are among those throwing their support behind the Democratic presidential nominee through "Republicans for Biden," and the endorsements come on the morning of the first day of the Republican National Convention.
Biden has repeatedly emphasized Republican support as he looks to build a broad coalition in his campaign against President Donald Trump.

Now waiting on CNN to report on former democrat lawmakers who endorse Trump.
***checking watch***
Alan Steelman....a Congress critter in the 1970s. How relevant!
Steve Bartlet - rep from the 80s who became a lobbyist.
Tom Coleman - a Republican 20 years ago who owns a filmmaking company
Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel
In 2016, the state where he got his largest margin of victory over Clinton was West Virginia. WV has more registered Democrats than Republicans.
Remember, Flack was a lobbyist for a mining company in Namibia. He left office anticipating an earlier return to lobbying.
There is estimated to be over twelve thousand Lobbyists in Washington. Congresspersons and staffers “go downtown” to become lobbyists and the big draw is money. This revolving-door activity lets elected officials persons supposedly representing the interests of citizens then become involved with big-money interests of for-profit corporations or special interest groups.
The world of K Street means that former congress members, even with “modest seniority,” can move into jobs paying $1 million or more annually not including bonuses. So, public officials become taken over by private interests.
Trump tries to “Drain the Swamp” by closing the loopholes in the Lobbying Disclosure Act used to influence policy without disclosing their activities. His executive order goes further than only restricting registered lobbyists. It includes “lobbying activities,” which includes preparing and strategizing for contacts that other people make.
So, Flake will always be all in for himself and not the citizens whether he is in or out of office.
Orange man bad/s
If you hate Trump enough, you might as well go full retard and vote for Biden/Harris.
BooHoo! The establishment doesn’t like Trump. Good riddance to these RINO’s!
DJT has all but broken the Republican party, and this is good.
Are you saying Jeff Flake is a flake?
Ping
Which shows why they are former not current.
Azzhats Supreme
They cite DJTs corruption as one of their reasons.
Proof? Evidence?
Eh, we dont need no stinking proof!
Its the seriousness of the charge.
These are not serious people. They are children.

Azzhats Supreme
An open admission that they don’t want the dirt in the swamp revealed for personal reasons.
The beauty of “freedom of speech” is that it makes it easier to identify the traitors.
Don’t these morons know they are actually endorsing Horizontal Harris?
No coming back in 2024, not never ever. They're the worst of the worst, even worse than real Democrats/Communists because the latter are at least a known quantity.
So the real question: will the RNC disavow or disown these traitorous assholes?
