Mayor Bill de Blasio on Monday night claimed he was unaware the Democrat National Convention was taking place this week.

“I really didn’t even know the convention was coming up this week, is the truth,” de Blasio said when asked on “Inside City Hall” why he wasn’t invited to speak.

Louis asked de Blasio, who had a short-lived and underwhelming run for president, if he’d been asked by Biden’s team to campaign ahead of Election Day.
