Is there any place I can obtain hydroxcloroquine and a Zpack? My dr refuses to use it and i am fearful that I may fall ill and not be able to obtain it. Any ideas?
You can’t jump doctors on Medicare but you can get outside care if you pay 100%. The drugs themselves are probably very cheap since are all generic.
And what? Tell them to stick their necks out and give me a script? Be reak.
I take quercetin and zinc. over the counter. the quercetin is the ionophore sp? like HQC and the zinc is the killer. some one here on FR recommended.
Perhaps, you could tell the doctor you are moving to south America immediately and need malaria medication.

Get some quercetin (mimics what HCQ does) and zinc....and, Vit C.
We’ve been taking it, since March.
Dr Zev Zelenko (and other docs) has been recommending it, if you can’t get HCQ.
You could also try a tele doc (online/app doc).

Aren’t there walk-in clinics in your area that would be willing to prescribe for you? You say your Medicare Supplement has you ‘locked in’, but the cost of an appointment and the scrip shouldn’t be all that expensive to pay out of pocket if you are worried for your life.
It sounds as if you aren’t sick yet, so you do have some time to look around. Good luck to you.

Unfortunately there are very few doctors left who don’t work for a hospital.
They must follow hospital protocol and can only prescribe what the hospital says they can. Those who break protocol are reprimanded.
Find another Dr. And tell your Dr. why he’s being fired.

You need to start this right away:
500 mg Quercetin daily ( supplement for HCQ)
50 mg Zinc Daily
5000 mg D3 daily
1000 mg C. 2x daily
600 mg N-A-C for immunity lung and liver support
100 mg K-2 (gets the D3 into the cells)
My doc gave EVERY patient this protocol he also gave me a script for the HCQ and ZPACK but he said if I followed this protocol EVERY DAY my getting this virus would be EXTREMELY RARE!! If by some very rare chance I should get a fever and feel fatigue start taking the script immediately!! I received the script for HCQ before it was forbidden, and filled it right away however follow the supplement protocol above and you will be fine!! I have my 91 year old mom in my home, I am running around everywhere for neighbors who are terrified to go outside, we have both been fine AND until they mandated the damn masks I did not wear them!!

Doctors don’t normally write a prescription for a malady you don’t have.
Would you expect a prescription for NSAID if you didn’t have arthritis, just in case you developed symptoms?
Try not panicking.
And FWIW I am at high risk for the Wuhan Flu.
