Sleepy Joe is having trouble making up his mind (or his handlers are having trouble making up their minds).

What. They moved Memorial Day to Aug. 10th now? Wasn't that the first deadline for his announcement? At this rate we'll have to celebrate Memorial Day on Pearl Harbor.
'Course, to Joe Biden every holiday is Pearl Harbor Day.

Who Sleepy Joe is going to pick as VP is the only thing that has been keeping him in the news cycle for the past three weeks.
Without the VP pick, the media would be reduced to reporting that Sleepy Joe had oatmeal for breakfast this morning and he enjoyed his feeding.

I am so bummed. So far we know his VP will be a black woman. Let me see. Woman - not qualified. Black - definitely not qualified. Add a name to it, doesn’t change a damn thing.

I think he should pick Warren. The others have too much baggage. We should all flood his facebook and Twitter with our choice

Obvious that the main ones mentioned (Rice, Bass, Duckworth, Harris) simply aren’t polling well for him. There just aren’t a lot of highly qualified or even likable black females for VP.

Note to future Presidential candidates: never, NEVER corner yourself into picking a VP from a very specific subset of the population.

No one wants to destroy their future prospects for Creepy Joe.
Fact is, it's indefensible to run what amounts to a talking cadaver. Joe is off his rocker. How would one respond to being accused to being an accessory to elderly abuse? "Why are you helping them do this to him?!?" Not a good look for a continued career in politics.

“Presumptive Democrat nominee” ?
Why the “presumptive” ?
Because the convention hasn’t been held yet?
