One test of a ‘natural born citizen’ is that they cannot possibly be anything else.
if you are born in the USA from parent who are US Citizens, you cannot be a citizen of any other country.
She was born from non-citizens. She could be a dual citizen because of that.
BOTH parties want the protections of the natural born citizen clause eliminated.
Natural born citizens are naturally citizens without need for any law or statute to make them citizens because they are born here of citizen parents and could not be anything else.
They have ONE nationality.
It is that quality that the founders were specifying, one allegiance, one loyalty, one nationality.
Anyone born with more than ONE nationality is NOT naturally an American.
