I arrived to the gym today and the girl at the desk told me that now masks are mandatory.
"I have to wear a mask while I'm working out?" I asked.
"No. You can take it off while you are working out. Just be sure to wear it while walking from place to place." She answered.
I picked up a 5 pound weight and made sure I carried it everywhere so I was always officially working out."

For a certain moment of time, in a specific part of the room, a certain percentage of germs are getting stopped, dead in their tracks?

Some people I know that wear mask are decorated military, firefighters, cops. People that have been in battle. People that rush into a fully involved structure fires to get the trapped out.
I have been wondering if the Anti-maskers are suffering from a form of PTSD. They’re panicked that life has changed. They can’t do anything about it so they want to pretend it’s not real.
Seen so many Anti-Maskers lose their minds because they choose not to wear a mask. Seen so many that graduated from the Facebook School of Medicine too. You know, mask make you sick, lowers O2 levels, don’t work, the virus was created to get Trump and Bill Gates has the Mark of the Beast vaccine. Madness, indeed.
I am a member at my local Anytime Fitness; they have the mask signs when you enter, and you have to go over a checklist of symptoms. After that, the mask comes off LOL! I’ve only seen one elderly lady wear the mask full time!
Sounds like the people at Disneyworld who were allowed to go without a mask so long as they were eating or drinking. They just made sure to always have a cup in their hand.
I do the same thing! Somebody challenges me i say either, I have asthma, or I have a respiratory condition.
Half of these people have their nose sticking out of their masks anyway.
Planet fitness will require you to wear your mask at all times starting August 1st!! Screw that!! I told my hubby I refuse to wear one while working out!! I guess it time to hit the sidewalks early in the morning again!! Ugh!

Excellent. And if they still persist and ask you to leave. Then you tell them that this is a violation of the American with Disabilities Act, ADA for short. And that they are opening themselves up to a possible lawsuit.

I have seen quite a few nice looking women refusing to cover their pretty faces, including my wife.

The problem is, we aren’t given a choice many times! These masks provide no protection from COVID-19! And spare me the bogus studies that claim to state otherwise. Covid is a respitory disease. That means it’s primary mode of transmission is in the air, not droplets. The virus is measured in microns. That means these ridiculous homemade masks and bandanas provide zero protection; the covid virus passes right through!
You want to go around wearing a useless mask, looking like a moron, go right ahead. Most of us will pass!

I think all this arguing over masks is silly as can be.
If you’re going somewhere you think the virus is in the air then wear one.
That’s very few places IMO.

You delude yourself. You are not free when you feel compelled to lie to a 19 y/o 7/11 clerk as to why you are not wearing a mask because the consequences of telling the truth are too severe. You may not be able to get that cup of soda.
