Elon Musk appears to have retracted his support of Kanye West's run for president after his explosive and concerning Forbes interview.

Last week, the Tesla founder, 49, threw his support behind the 42-year-old rapper's bid for the White House, yet after his interview sparked concerns that he was suffering a bipolar episode, Elon seemed to retract his support.

When asked if he remains supportive, he responded in a tweet reading: 'We may have more differences of opinion than I anticipated.'

Any one who thinks this is more than a hiccup on the trail for West is a fool. His campaign will be virtually all “earned” media meaning they will HAVE to cover him even though a small percentage of the media will be smart enough to realize covering him will be hurting their candidate. 99.9% of potential West voters probably think Elon Musk is a men’s deodorant anyway; so this is a nothing burger.

Actually, I would like to see Pence step aside and have Kanye take the VP slot. Face it, Pence is as exciting as a wet noodle and does not bring any votes to the table. We need to be creative to ensure a big win in November and this would do it. Its more important too win than to not hurt Pence’s feelings.

Kanye is pro life so I hope he gets his message out. He is one of the few people willing to openly discuss the racist history of planned parenthood too. (Not that id vote for the guy)

Take the red pill and otherwise shut your mouth, Elon. Your concern over the stability of Kanye West is some serious pot-kettle.

Yes. Elon Musk started out the year saying he was a socialist. Then he appeared to be moving right. Then he endorses Kayye West, and quickly backs out. Elon of all people should be able to recognise the South Africa-ing of the US now, he should be on the side of civilization. The left no longer even supports science.

In the piece, Kanye slammed Planned Parenthood as an organisation run by 'white supremacists to do the Devil's work', drawing widespread criticism online.

I didnt say that I would vote for him did I?

Then again...such a thing would depend on if he ran...and whom he ran against.

I recall hearing the same about trump not so long ago.

Look, I’ve liked some of the things Kayne West has has to say, but really? The Presidency? Yeah. I think not.
