In a shocking U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) decision, Justice Neil Gorsuch voted with the axis of evilthat is, with Chief Justice John Roberts, and Justices Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor. In Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, the axis of evil decided that in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the word sex includes sexual orientation and gender identityboth subjectively constituted conditions. As a result, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin, now prohibits employers from firing employees who self-identify as homosexual or as the sex they are not and never can be.

Has anyone ever seen a justice morph from left to right?
Massive civil disobedience until Congress changes Title 7. Violence, if necessary, for women’s literal safety.
Can Hatred of Christians Lead to Support of Sexual Minorities?

Just where we're currently going.. "NOWHERE FAST!"
The court has become concerned with being 'politically correct" rather than clearly and honestly interpreting the U.S. Constitution.
Gorsuch sucks and blows
No one should ever say this is a conservative court. Meanwhile, Gorsuch suffers from Stockholm Syndrome and thinks he can make friends with the left. Poor, pathetic, coward.
On the bright side, in a 7-2 decision written by Justice Thomas, SCOTUS overturned a lower-court decision and cleared the way for a natural gas pipeline to be extended under the Appalachian Trail in Virginia. Not surprisingly, Justices Kagan and Sotomayor dissented.
Now the sick, degenerates will be able litigate Christian schools and businesses out of existence. Muzzies remain unaffected.
That's fine. Just leave the federal government out of it.
Makes sense. Kennedy, though considered a swing vote, was solidly and consistently left on faggotry and pornography.
I think the idea of laying weapons aside is foolish.
Do you want to win, or do you want to maintain some illusion of ideological purity?
It could be made to happen if control of the dominant news sources was seized by the right. The liberals create the illusion that their ideas are popular and supported by the people, when in fact this is just gaslighting everyone.
Normal people hate their ideas, but everyone thinks other people believe differently due to the insidious influence of the "News" organizations and forced compliance with left wing drivel on Social media sources.
False dichotomy.
You give up too easily.
If conservatives can't mount civil disobedience in reaction to the current state of affairs (rioting, lawlessness, fraudulent impeachment), do you really think Title 7 reform is going get people into the streets?
We are dealing with decades here. I’ve never seen it happen. Is it just because of broadcast media? If so, how do we square free speech with irresponsible speech?
I can grasp your assertion of "false dichotomy" though I disagree, but I am at a loss to understand what you mean when you assert I "give up too easily."
What action by me do you interpret as "giving up"?
It is dominantly broadcast media, but there is also a component of leftist professors in academia. In recent years, Social media has also become a major player in the "gaslighting" of America.
If so, how do we square free speech with irresponsible speech?
I have no objections to letting them say whatever they want, so long as our side is given equal time to rebut. This is the crux of the problem. *THEY* can speak to the public, but *WE* cannot because *THEY* control mass communications.
At the very least we should demand equality, but I prefer dominance if we can attain it.
I think if we are able to attain equality, the very knowledge that there are alternative ideas to liberal crazy will quickly result in our ideas becoming dominant.
Petitioning the government to violate the techs' first amendment rights.
