Jurors are inclined to trust video imagery too.

They need to set the stage before the real facts and evidence comes out.

The democrat controlled media deliberate miss portraying the six foot seven inch 200 plus pound Floyd as an innocent black who was being forceably restrained because he was black. When He was legitimately arrested for passing a counterfeit $20 dollar bill he was resisting arrest and was a threat if not secured And the media was not mentioning his size or reporting that Floyd was removed from a squad car because he was acting up under the influence of drugs and also later was discovered to have COVID 19. Which suggests his physical condition may have led to his death which the media turned into a murder change and a charge of serious abuse by police because of police efforts that were tried to get him who under control. The results of politically induced miss reporting incidents where blacks have resisted legitimate arrest began to be used earlier during and after the post Zimmmerman trial, then on to the Ferguson episode. Obama’s abuse of the “Bully Pulpit” which seemed to promote resistance to legitimate arrest led to black gangs attacking non blacks found innocently traversing black neighborhoods and to a score of murders or life changing injuries and later attacks of theft and vandalism on local businesses as well as attacks and murders of police officers during that period

I disagree with Kamala; it will be very easy. He violated restraint protocols, plain and simple. Knee on neck is prohibited because you can easily crush the windpipe like that.

These DemocRATS all speak with forked tongue these days; can't trust a word they say. The only thing you can trust is that they will do there worst when elected; they grab for your guns, they raise taxes and give it away for illegal aliens and criminals, and they undermine anything that is American. Forget your parental rights and be prepared to be PRESUMED GUILTY in a court of law soon.

They are socialists who prefer communism if they can get it and will drag your city/state/country through h*ll to get what they want. Looks like a number of DemocRATic cities are ready to succumb for their purposes.

The RATS are not fit for Dogcatcher at this point.

10-15% of Americans are Bad, says Biden. I'd say he is right, starting with himself, Hillary, Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler, Newsom, De Blasio, Cuomo, Waters, Omar, AOC, Comey, Brennan, Lynch and Obama; they and the rest of these are Anti-American BAD IMHO and all need to see a judge, they lock them up and throw away the key.

If Biden is elected all these evil ones will get promotions. UGH!

California Sen Kamala Harris said Monday that it will be very difficult to convict white Minneapolis cop, Derek Chauvin,

Maybe that is the plan. They WANT him acquitted, so the rioters can burn down what’s left of the city.

A judge might be doing this case like in Baltimore with the Freddie Gray cops.

I don’t see any way a murder charge holds up in this case. The case is filled with way too many factors that constitute “reasonable doubt” that will weigh heavily against a conviction.

Kamala Harris’ judicial speculation reveals her lack of critical thinking and a mind filled in Cultural Marxist delusion.

I think the problem is that they overcharged him. There’s no way of denying the video evidence of excessive use of force and no way of denying that this contributed to Floyd’s death, but It’s not murder. They often overcharge when they want a show trial and it usually backfires on them.

Trial by media - no evidence only emotion - guilty

Trial in a court of law with evidence (possible) not guilty

Like a lot of these cases we are only hearing a filtered one sided account of what happened.

I will wait until all the evidence is presented before making up my mind.

Youy mean because he was all doped up, had serious health issues, had just committed a crime, had a rap sheet a mile long.

The cop wasn't gentle but there was no intention to kill the guy.

George Floyd is responsible for his own death throes, consistent with self-administered drug substances, criminal attempt to pass counterfeit bill, correct adherence of restrainers to procedural training, and factual detailed autopsy results.

The law ehforcers' response was according to proper procedure. It was not brutality--only lookd to be asseen by uninformed ;aymen observers steered by false claims of opportunistic anarchists in a pre-planned widespead schedule coincident with favorable early summer weather.

That, and the fact 3rd degree murder is the appropriate charge.

2nd degree is a different standard and harder to prove with known facts

2nd degree murder conviction requires intent - that will be difficult to prove.

A rational jury would not convict him on the grounds that he did not intend to kill the man, as the murder charge implies. As for negligent homicide, perhaps.
But you are not going to find a rational jury in Minneapolis.
Furthermore, the “justice” system has decided that the man is guilty and will go to jail for life.
It will be very hard for the cop to get a fair trial in Minneapolis.

Not murder two anyway. They should have gone for negligent homicide. He could still get up to ten years for that.

Jurors SHOULD generally trust a police officer’s word in a criminal case. It seems that common sense would dictate that. A case against a police officer should necessarily be difficult to get a conviction. Not impossible, but necessarily difficult.

It will be hard to get a conviction because he is NOT GUILTY of what he has been charged with. They have no case.

George Floyd killed HIMSELF!
